1. Customized Products:
All our products are made-to-order and customized to your specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns or replacements for products with personalized designs, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Quality Assurance:
We take pride in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We will replace or refund products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Printing Errors: In the rare event of a printing error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

4. Order Changes:
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the design, color, or any other specifications. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

5. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the circumstances of the return.

6. Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

7. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returns or replacements are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
