Cancellation requests will only be entertained within the first 24 hours of placing the order.

After the 24-hour period has elapsed, no cancellation requests will be accepted, and the order will proceed to production.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be considered only for orders canceled within the initial 24-hour timeframe.

To process a refund, customers must contact our customer support team via info@printgo.in and provide the necessary order details.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take 7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.

No refunds will be provided for orders that have entered the production process or for cancellations made after the 24 hour window has passed.

Exceptions:
In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, printgo.in reserves the right to offer a replacement or a refund at its discretion.

Customers must report any issues with their order due to manufacturing defects or errors within 24 hours of receiving the product.
